Let's look at the paedophile culture in Japan shall we..
Japan only made 'child pornography' (Child abuse imagery) illegal in 2014. Yet there is still child abuse imagery available in video stores.(They claim that the performers are over 18) Young girls are sexually exploited in bars, clubs and prostituted openly in many areas. There are vending machines for young girls 'used' underwear and child sex dolls openly for sale. Never-mind the lolicon, shotacon, manga and anime, some of which is highly pornographic in content and depicts young children often having/enjoying explicit sex with adult males.
